Cottage Cheese Bagels (High Protein)
This viral treat with satisfy all your cravings for bread

Preheat oven to 375F
1 cup of cottage cheese( I used Lactose Free)
1 cup of gluten free flour ( I used Caputo GF Flour)
2 tsp gf baking powder
1 egg (for egg wash )
Season toppings
(I used poppy seeds and Everything But The Bagel)
Place metal tray in oven
After combining first 3 ingredients with a spoon, use your hand to knead until it forms a ball of dough. Divide into 4 and roll into 4 balls. Make a whole in centre and shape into a bagel
Grab heated cookie tray out of oven and place parchment paper. Then place your bagels on it. Egg wash tops of bagels and sprinkle with desired topping(s)
Bake for 25-30 minutes and enjoy.
