I’m Celiac Nonna — but you can just call me Lori. I started this blog because, like so many families, we discovered that gluten wasn’t our friend. Between celiac diagnoses and gluten sensitivities, cooking started to feel more like problem-solving than pleasure.
But food should be joyful. And travel should be doable.
From fluffy gnocchi to golden zeppole, everything here is tested in my kitchen with love — and without wheat.
